Michigan football has been incredibly banged up thus far in 2025 and after playing shorthanded at Oklahoma last week, even more players found themselves on the sideline, unable to participate in the action throughout the game. Now that the Wolverines return home to face Central Michigan, there is some hope that a few players may return, though some may be able to go and rest, given the Group of Five level of competition.
There have been rumblings this week that safety Rod Moore, who dressed for the first time last week but did not play, could see his first game action since the national championship game in January 2024. Likewise, tight end Marlin Klein, who also dressed last week, but didn’t play, could return to the lineup.
Hours before kickoff, Michigan revealed via the Big Ten injury report who would be available and who wouldn’t be.
