VETLIFE introduces AI-powered support through 'Chat with Sam'

A veterans organization based in Howell, Michigan, recently launched “Chat with Sam,” an AI-powered support tool available on the established app Battle Buddy.

VETLIFE was founded in 2018 to support veterans and their families. The nonprofit’s app is available to download on the App Store and Google Play.

“Chat with Sam” provides on-demand guidance and support for veterans, family members and caregivers navigating life after military service — according to a community announcement. Users can expect real-time support with conversational answers and resources, as well as benefit information.

“Veterans and their families often don’t need more programs — they need clearer pathways to the support that already exists,” wrote Cortnie Parish, co-founder of VETLIFE. “(This) feature is designed to simplify that process, offering immediate, personalized guidance when it’s needed most.”
