A day after Kirk Cousins made headlines for a training camp altercation, another Spartan has done the same. This time it was Kenneth Walker putting himself into the news.
Walker, this past year’s Super Bowl MVP, signed a new contract this past offseason with the Kansas City Chiefs, joining the franchise in it’s pursuit for another Super Bowl championship. While Walker seemingly would be a welcomed addition, and is not one to be known for having a hot head, a moment broke out in camp on Saturday.
After a play where Walker was carrying the ball, he was seen exchanging words with Chiefs defensive back Alohi Gilman, before tackling the Gilman to the ground and starting a melee.
This is the second incident Walker has had this preseason, after throwing a football at Drue Tranquill a little over a week ago.
