Michigan State basketball brought in one of the most highly ranked recruiting classes in the nation in 2026. While blue chip prospects Jasiah Jervis and Ethan Taylor headlined the class, point guard Carlos Medlock Jr. was a highly valued prospect that the Spartans were able to bring in to learn under Jeremy Fears and Tom Izzo.
Following the start of Moneyball on Tuesday, Medlock spoke to the media, where he talked about his relationship with Fears and Izzo, and what he is looking forward to being at Michigan State and the role he anticipates playing.
Medlock, a native of Wayne (MI) started his career at Wayne Memorial High School before finishing his career at Link Academy, where he developed his game to be ready for the collegiate level.
