Developers and businesses are finding new opportunities along one of the region’s busiest commercial corridors as the ever-busy Ford Road in Canton continues to grow and evolve.
Some current projects involve redeveloping longtime businesses and vacant buildings, while others see developers grabbing up the few remaining properties available along the three mile stretch.
Here’s a look at what’s currently proposed, planned or moving forward along Ford Road.
And finally, the former Value City Furniture space at 42595 Ford Road is shown on the Schostak Brothers and Company website as the only available space in the Canton Corners Shopping Center. Second only to neighboring Hobby Lobby in size, the space became available with Value City closed all locations earlier this year.
