The best places to work in Michigan? According to a Forbes report, Delta Air Lines, Costco and Michigan-based Alro Steel are among the top places in the state.
Forbes, through a partnership with Statista, surveyed more than 160,000 employees in all 50 states who work for companies of at least 500 people for its list of “America’s Best Employers by State.”
All of the responses were tallied and used in a scoring system that asked employees if they would recommend their employer and had them evaluate their workplace based on wage parity, work culture, opportunities for advancement and whether the employer acts on serious issues, such as sexual harassment.
