The latest batch of metro Detroit concerts includes several shows going on sale this week. (Note: Many tours offer presale ticket opportunities; check individual show links below for details.)
Pop-rock revivalist Benson Boone will play Little Caesars Arena on Aug. 27, an early stop on the North American leg of his tour supporting the forthcoming sophomore album “American Heart.” Tickets on sale at 10 a.m. Friday through Ticketmaster.
Country star Eric Church’s 22-city Free the Machine Tour will bring him to Little Caesars Arena on Oct. 2 as he promotes new album “Evangeline vs. the Machine.” Opening is fellow Carolina artist Marcus King Band. (The tour is also set to play Grand Rapids’ Van Andel Arena on Oct. 10.) Tickets on sale at 10 a.m. Friday through Ticketmaster.
Kevin Gates will bring his Louisiana-brewed hip-hop to Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre on Oct. 10 as his Amilio Tour traverses the U.S. with host DJ Chose. Tickets on sale at 10 a.m. Friday through Ticketmaster.
With the All Night Days Tour, his first solo headlining run in six years, Rob Thomas (Matchbox 20) will play an Aug. 24 show at Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre with pop-rock duo A Great Big World in support. Tickets on sale at 10 a.m. Friday through Ticketmaster.
Veteran Canadian pop-rock outfit Marianas Trench is headed to the Fillmore Detroit on Sept. 26, part of the ongoing Force of Nature Tour with openers the Summer Set and Senses. (The tour will also hit GLC Live at 20 Monroe in Grand Rapids on Sept. 25.) Tickets on sale at 10 a.m. Friday through Ticketmaster.
