HILLSDALE — The Hillsdale Planning Commission gave support for a proposed multi-tenant commercial development at 96 W. Carleton Road during a meeting June 17 — and it could include Buffalo Wild Wings.
The project calls for redevelopment of the roughly 1.5-acre site into a retail plaza with multiple tenants and supporting infrastructure improvements, according to site plan documents.
The filings indicate the project would feature up to four commercial tenants, including a coffee-style business with a drive-through and a Buffalo Wild Wings Go.
Buffalo Wild Wings Go focuses on takeout and delivery, rather than traditional full-service dining.
The development would be located along M-99, one of the area’s primary commercial corridors. The site was listed for sale in 2025 by Southern Michigan RV.
A timeline for final approval and construction wasn’t immediately shared.
