Brutus took advantage of the snowy weather to bring a little taste of Columbus to Ann Arbor.
During a timeout late in the game, Brutus wandered into the end zone and crossed out the “M” in Michigan with his feet, leaving a massive X in the snow.
He also walked a Script Ohio into the snow in the red zone, which Michigan sideline staffers quickly rushed onto the field to undo.
Brutus made his move, which was picked up by the television broadcast, with the Buckeyes up late in the game.
Last year, Michigan players riled up the Ohio State squad by attempting to plant their a large “M” flag in the middle of the field at Ohio Stadium, leading to a memorable brawl between the two teams.
