Micah Parsons joins Jordan Love for pickleball tournament triumph

Rehabbing Green Bay Packers star Micah Parsons was back to competition, although it was on the pickleball court, paired with quarterback Jordan Love at “The Elite Week,” inviting top NFL players to a series of offseason training competitions designed to raise money for charity.

The duo won the pickleball tournament and also gave themselves microphones for a light-hearted social-media video while competing at Chicken N Pickle in Glendale, Arizona.

“They made it competitive, but at the end, this duo, we just don’t lose,” Parsons told the camera.

Packers fans, of course, might raise an eyebrow, knowing Parsons is still unlikely to begin the season as he recovers from his ACL tear in late December.

Packers coach Matt LaFleur said he expected Parsons to begin the year on the physically unable to perform list, meaning he’ll miss a minimum of four games.

Parsons and Love also worked together on the annual charity softball game in Grand Chute earlier this month.
