The college football season is fast approaching, and before you know it, conference media days are going to be taking place, with players and coaches previewing the upcoming year.
On Friday, it was announced that the Texas Tech Red Raiders will speak at Big 12 Media Days on Tuesday, July 17, at The Star in Frisco, Texas, the Dallas Cowboys’ headquarters. There will be eight programs highlighted each day, represented by their head coach and student-athletes. Both days will be broadcast live on ESPNU from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. CT.
Texas Tech will be represented by the following players:
Head coach Joey McGuire will also be there, and undoubtedly answering questions about the Brendan Sorsby situation, which has dominated the news cycle for Texas Tech this offseason. The team will do its best to try and refocus things on the season ahead, and what they can do to repeat as Big 12 champions and make it back to the College Football Playoff.
