Where Breeze Airways is adding flights in Florida starting at $79

Low-cost carrier Breeze Airways is adding three new destinations and 11 new Florida routes to its network, with introductory fares starting at $69 one way.

The new cities are Baltimore, Maryland; Trenton, New Jersey; and Dayton, Ohio, flying between Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Sarasota, and Vero Beach.

“We built Breeze to connect communities the big airlines overlook, and today we’re doing exactly that with these latest additions to our growing footprint,” David Neeleman, Breeze Airways’ founder and CEO, said in a June 24 release. “Travelers in these markets will soon experience what we do best – affordable, nonstop flights paired with award-winning hospitality.”

The new routes are in addition to the previously announced new Florida routes from July to December. Breeze will add four routes between Atlantic City, New Jersey, and Orlando, Fort Myers, and West Palm Beach, and a new Vero Beach route to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

In May, the Utah-based carrier also announced a major international expansion with seven new routes, including flights between Tampa and Cancun, Mexico, and St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Breeze Airways expanding in Florida

Like several other low-cost airlines, Breeze is betting on Florida’s growth and tourism industry with major expansions in service, especially at Southwest Florida International (RSW) and Vero Beach Regional Airport (VRB).

The company was named to the TIME100 Most Influential Companies list for 2026 and was recognized last year as one of Fast Company’s World’s Most Innovative Companies. In 2025, Breeze was named Best Major Airline in North America by the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX).

Breeze currently operates more than 300 year-round and seasonal routes to 91 cities in the United States, Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean.
