The Fort Hill Performing Arts Center will be one of the stops on the Theatre Historical Society of America’s 2026 Conclave Tour and will be recognized as a Distinguished Theater this Friday, June 26.
According to FHPAC, over 50 theater enthusiasts across the United States and the United Kingdom will stop at the Fort Hill to tour the center, have a meeting and a luncheon and learn about Fort Hill’s role in the Finger Lakes community.
The Fort Hill Performing Arts Center will also be awarded a certificate and a commemorative decal designating the center as a ‘Distinguished Theater’ by the Theatre Historical Society of America President, Gary Parks.
“We are honored to welcome the Theatre Historical Society of America to Fort Hill and to be recognized as a Distinguished Theatre,” Fort Hill Performing Arts Center Board President Gordon Estey said in the press release. “This designation reflects the dedication of our staff, volunteers, donors, and community members who have helped make Fort Hill a vibrant home for the performing arts in the Finger Lakes.”
