See which Cincinnati boys made 2026 All-Ohio, all-region lacrosse teams

Another year of Ohio high school boys lacrosse is in the books, and once again a state championship returned to Cincinnati.

Perennial Division I power St. Xavier made its eighth straight appearance in the state tournament and claimed back-to-back state championships with a 13-7 win over Cleveland St. Ignatius. The Bombers finished a 21-1 season without a loss to an in-state opponent.

In Division II, Mariemont booked a return trip to the state semifinals after cruising through the regional tournament, winning each game by 11 goals or more. It was a season of impressive resolve for the Warriors, as their head coach Steve Peterson had to step away due to health mid-season.

While St. Xavier and Mariemont were Cincinnati’s regional champions, they were far from the only standout teams. A dozen local schools are represented in this year’s all-state teams, highlighting the deep talent in Southwest Ohio.
