How to Get Involved in Columbus Pride Celebrations This June

Whether a member of the LGBTQ+ community or an ally, Columbus is home to a vibrant array of Pride celebrations in June. Catch the Stonewall Columbus Pride March, pop into a local drag show or stop by the Resource Fair to learn about the support systems in place throughout the city. Purchasing tickets early to listed events is recommended. This list is by no means exhaustive—check with local LGBTQ+ organizations and establishments for more events and performances as they’re announced.

JUNE 4 | Diversity Chamber of Central Ohio: Connect Series

The Diversity Chamber of Central Ohio invites “LGBTQ+ and allied professionals, entrepreneurs and community leaders for an evening of meaningful connections, visibility and celebration.” The free event starts at 6 p.m. and will be held at Slammers. diversitycolumbus.org/events

JUNE 7 | Stonewall Columbus Pride Brunch

Former Patrons of Pride Anisa Love/ Corey Williams, Caleb Mikayla Goins-Robinson, Zhané Dawlingz and Virginia West/Chris Equizi will be in attendance at Stonewall Columbus’ annual Pride Brunch, hosted at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. Doors open at 10:30 a.m., and tickets are $100 for non-members. stonewallcolumbus.org/pride/brunch

JUNE 7 | South Side Pride

Parsons North Brewing Company, in partnership with German Village Farmers Market and Coquette Events, is hosting its first ever South Side Pride. Parsons Avenue will be closed for festivities with the goal of making attendance free. JUNE 13 | Reading the House Down: Columbus’ Premiere Sober Drag Show

Clintonville Books is hosting Reading the House Down. Tickets are $15, and doors open at 7:30 p.m. clintonvillebooks.com/events

JUNE 14 | Lez Dance

Slammers will host DJ Dog Mom for its monthly Lez Dance for a night of dancing and community. Celebrations start at 9 p.m. slammersbar.com/events

JUNE 16 | Pride Interfaith Prayer Service

LOVEboldly invites LGBTQ+ community members of any faith to join an interfaith Pride prayer service at City Creek Events. Service starts at 7 p.m. loveboldly.org/interfaith-pride-service

JUNE 19-20 | Stonewall Columbus Pride Festival and Resource Fair

Join over 200 vendors—including food, drink, merchandise and wellness resources—at Goodale Park to Celebrate the city’s LGBTQ+ community. stonewallcolumbus.org

JUNE 20 | Stonewall Columbus Pride March

The annual Pride March—which had over 22,000 attendees in 2024—will step off at 10:30 a.m. at Broad and High streets and head north on High toward Goodale Park, where celebrations will continue. Grab a spot early to watch the festivities. stonewallcolumbus.org

JUNE 20 | Paint With a Queen

Pinot’s Palette in the Short North will be hosting Tova UraVitch for a guided paint-along, suited for complete novices to experts. Tickets are $50, and there are lessons at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. pinotspalette.com/shortnorth/event

JUNE 27 | Stonewall Drag Race

Stonewall Columbus is hosting its second annual drag race, with multiple options for participation. Compete in a virtual 5k throughout the month of June, join runners at 11 a.m. on June 27 or cheer on from the block party. Costume awards also will be given out in several categories. Registration fees support Stonewall programming and help fund a Drag Artist Navigator position with the Greater Columbus Arts Council. stonewallcolumbus.org/pride5k
