Section 1 softball championships
Section 1 Class C final: No. 1 Tuckahoe vs. No. 3 North Salem, 10 a.m.Section 1 Class AA final: No. 1 Eastchester vs. No. 3 Yorktown, 12:30 p.m.Section 1 Class A final: No. 2 Pearl River vs. No. 5 John Jay-Cross River, 3 p.m.
Tuckahoe vs. North Salem, Section 1 Class C championship
End 2nd: Bianca Martins with an RBI flyout, scoring Tiana Fret. Tuckahoe 1, North Salem 0.
Middle 1st: Katie Attwood struck out the side for Tuckahoe. North Salem is fielding only eight players today.
First pitch scheduled for 10 a.m.
