The Jacksonville Humane Society will offer half-off adoption fees on dogs and cats through Sunday, May 31. All pets will be altered, microchipped and vaccinated prior to adoption. Additional fees such as the city rabies licensing fee, a leash and collar or a cat carrier may apply. The society is at 8464 Beach Blvd. in Jacksonville. On Sunday, May 31, K9s for Warriors will host a free adoption event with the Jacksonville Animal Society and SAFE Animal Shelter.
