Murder, mayhem and marvelous art at The Tropic

It’s a whodunit at another level, featuring local talent, this Saturday night. “Guests will begin the night exploring a curated art exhibit while enjoying hors d’oeuvres, drink, and lively conversation inside the iconic Tropic Theater,” Richard Colvin at the Leesburg Arts Center explained. “But just when the evening seems picture perfect… chaos strikes.”

The Arts Center recently kicked off an inaugural Members Exhibition titled “People, Places & Things” at the center’s new gallery inside the historic Tropic Theatre, featuring a selection of pieces in different media created by the Arts Center’s active members. Proceeds from the event will benefit both the Leesburg Arts Center and Melon Patch Players, helping support local arts, theater, education, and community programming.
