ASHFORD – The Fond du Lac County Communications Center received a 911 call about 8:50 p.m. Wednesday, May 27, reporting a farm tractor fire at Clover Hill Dairy, W4306 Cloverland Drive in the town of Ashford.
A Fond du Lac County sheriff’s deputy arrived and found a John Deere 9460R tractor fully engulfed in flames on top of a haylage bunker.
The Lomira Fire Department and first responders were called to the scene.
The tractor was a total loss, while the haylage and bunker had minor damage.
Authorities said the fire is not considered suspicious. No civilians or emergency personnel were injured.
