Chicago pizza chain Giordano’s is throwing a bone for those struggling with ever-rising gas prices.
Starting Friday, May 22, the chain is launching its new “Summer Savings – Save a Gallon” promotion that takes the average price of a gallon of gas in Chicago off any pizza order.
Here’s how Illinois residents can save on their next slice.
How to score summer savings at Giordano’s
The promotion is only available for members of Giordano’s loyalty program at participating locations nationwide for dine-in, carryout and delivery orders. Third-party delivery orders are excluded.
This includes those who choose to sign up for the loyalty program this summer.
The offer applies to any order including at least one Giordano’s pizza with a minimum order of $15.
How much can you save on your Giordano’s order?
Every Monday throughout the summer, the pizza chain will update the discount based on the current average cost of a gallon of regular gas in the city of Chicago.
Discounts will reflect gas prices published by AAA.
What’s the average cost of gas in Chicago today, May 22?
The chain announced that the average price today was $5.43, meaning any loyalty member can get $5.43 off their pizza order through Monday.
Giordano’s locations in Illinois
The chain has 41 locations in Illinois, including 26 restaurants in the suburbs and 15 across the city of Chicago. Find a location near you on the Giordano’s website.
