Beech Grove school buses won't run after catalytic converter thefts

Beech Grove City Schools announced early May 22 that there would be no bus services after catalytic converter thieves struck overnight.

“All school buses … are inoperable,” the district posted to its Facebook page just before 3:30 a.m.

School will be in session, but students must be dropped off. If students are unable to make it to school the absense will be excused, the Facebook post said.
