Few NFL offenses are more exciting than the Cincinnati Bengals when they are healthy and clicking. The Atlanta Falcons have talent that matches up to the Bengals; however, they haven’t found the right quarterback. Drake London, a former Trojan receiver, has shown how good he is, but he’s looking for the gunslinger who will maximize his skills. Both London and the Bengals’ offense will try to light it up in Spain this season.
The Bengals will face the Falcons Week 9, in Madrid, Spain, on Sunday, November 8. Drake London is coming off a 919-yard receiving season in 12 games last year. He is as talented as any receiver in the league, yet the Falcons have yet to find him stability at quarterback. This season, currently as things stand, appears to be another one where the quarterback is a big question. In this matchup, he will be looking at the other side at what could be.
Joe Burrow is a top quarterback in the league, and he knows how to get his playmakers the ball. The Bengals offense will put up points and be exciting to watch. The hope is that new Falcons head coach Kevin Stefanski can get the most out of whoever ends up being the guy under center this season. Just enough so that Drake London can fully show what his ceiling is.
I think in this game there will be a lot of points put up, whether or not the Falcons offense can match the Bengals high flying offense. One thing will be certain, and that is Drake London is going to make some exciting plays. Spain will be in for a show witnessing these two teams.
