CLEVELAND — The first-place Guardians continue their nine-game homestand against the Los Angeles Angels on Tuesday, May 12, at Progessive Field.
This is the second game of a three-game series after the Guardians defeated the Angels 7-2 on Monday, May 11.
The Guardians started this homestand with a 6-4 win over the Minnesota Twins on May 8, and then lost 2-1 to the Twins in extra innings on May 9, and 5-4 on May 10. That came after the Guardians won four of seven games on their last road trip, winning two out of three against the Athletics from May 1-3 and splitting a four-game series against the Royals from May 4-7.
This homestand for the Guardians continues with one more game against the Angels on May 13 and a three-game series with the Cincinnati Reds (May 15-17).
