Fresh off a thrilling 11-9 upset over No. 2 Oregon, the No. 7 Wisconsin Badgers are set for semi-final action in the 2026 Big Ten Softball tournament.
Wisconsin is the lowest remaining seed as they’re tasked with taking on a team that had the same conference record as the Ducks, No. 3 UCLA.
Unlike what they were getting themselves into against Oregon, Wisconsin has indeed played UCLA this season. Sadly though, that wasn’t a series that went the Badgers way.
The Badgers traveled to Los Angeles from March 6-8 and were swept: 14-5 (in 5 innings), 8-0, and 16-9.
At the top of the bracket, No. 1 Nebraska takes on No. 4 Indiana. The winners of these games will play in the conference championship at 4:00 p.m. ET on Saturday, May 9.
