Section 9 track and field graduates produced a trio of SUNY Athletic Conference outdoor championship titles at SUNY Cortland on May 1-2.
Newburgh Free Academy graduate Natalia Sweat won the 1,500 meters in 4 minutes, 32.11 seconds. Valley Central grad Emily Frank won the 3,000 steeplechase in 11:35.93. Webutuck grad Amanda Intrieri won the 800 in 2:10.29.
Cornwall graduate Charles Cypress placed second at 100 meters (10.69 seconds) and 200 (22.05) for SUNY Plattsburgh.
