Man, 33, says sex-toy 'popped out' at Chick-fil-A drive-thru

A Palm Coast man was arrested April 30 after he exposed his genitals while wearing a sex toy to a minor working at a Chick-fil-A drive-thru, according to the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office. The man told deputies he had been testing the sex toy and claimed it might have accidentally “popped out.”

Luke Dudkewic, 33, was charged with lewd or lascivious exhibition by an offender 18 years of age or older in the presence of a victim who is less than 16 years of age, a felony.

The incident occurred on April 24 when Dudkewic went to the Chick-fil-A drive-thru on State Road 100 in Palm Coast, according to the sheriff’s office.

The employee, a minor, told deputies that when she handed the food to a customer he had his genitals exposed with a bluish-green circular object around it which she believed to be a sex toy, according to the sheriff’s office.

She said the man said his name was “Luke.”

Deputies used surveillance videos to locate Dudkewic at his home in Palm Coast’s W section.

Report: Palm Coast man exposed himself in Chick-fil-A drive-thru

Dudkewic admitted he had been to the Chick-fil-A drive-thru earlier that day. He also admitted owning a blueish-green vibrating sex toy which was in the car with him. But he denied exposing his genitals or wearing the sex toy in the drive-thru, according to the sheriff’s office.

During a second interview, Dudkewic changed his story. He said he was wearing the sex toy in the drive-thru.

He said he put it on after leaving work, but he denied exposing himself. He said he did not believe anything would be visible under his shorts but “may have accidentally ‘popped out,’” the sheriff’s office stated.

Detectives “determined Dudkewic intentionally exposed his genitals by wearing the device while going through the drive-thru where it could be seen,” the release stated.

Deputies arrested him.

“This pervert knew what he was doing and purposely went through a drive-thru exposing himself for his own perverted gratification,” said Sheriff Rick Staly. “It’s unfortunate that a young employee just doing her job to make some money had to be exposed to such a pervert. Our deputies and Major Case detectives did a great job quickly investigating and getting this pervert arrested.”

Dudkewic bonded out of jail on $10,000 a few hours after his arrest. He is barred from having contact with minors or using any drive-thru.
