The Dallas Cowboys have cast a wide net when it came to finding additional talent for their 2026 roster. The club had numerous holes to fill, specifically on defense, and through two rounds of picks, they’ve added four new players who should contribute in a major way. Thus far, the team has added players they’ve worked extensively on, adding three college players and one veteran they’ve been discussing trading for over the past 6-to-8 weeks.
Dee Winters was acquired from the San Fracisco 49ers for the team’s final remaining fifth-round pick. Back in 2023, Winters wa a Dallas Day participant. Meanwhile, the team’s draft choices at No. 11, No. 23 and now No. 92 were all pre-draft 30 visitors. Caleb Downs, Malachi Lawrence and Jaishawn Barham all visited The Star and got the royal treatment, continuing to prove the Draft Commandment alive and well.
So in trying to figure out which direction the Cowboys will go with their three fourth-round picks, number 112, 114 and 137, the 30 visit list and the Dallas Day list of invites is the first place to look. Here’s a look at four names who are still available from Dane Brugler’s Top 100.
Widening the net now to use CBS Sports’ Big Board of over 300 prospects, here are additional names that made their way to the Cowboys’ facilities.
