“As a locally owned business, it’s especially meaningful to us to bring our Oshkosh location back to life,” wrote Oshkosh store owner Julie Wunderlich in a news release. “We’ve spent the past few months updating the space, training our team, and adding new menu items we’re proud of, from fresh sandwiches, smoothie, and specialty coffee drinks to our classic bagels and muffins.”

Originally opened in 1993, the Big Apple Bagels brand began as a breakfast spot offering a variety of bagels made from scratch along with other breakfast items such as muffins.

The restaurant chain has since evolved to include an assortment of deli and breakfast sandwiches, coffee options and smoothies.

Wunderlich wrote, “We are looking forward to welcoming everyone back and making this location better than ever.”
