Masters weather update. Any chance of rain at Augusta? Latest forecast

(Update: Follow along with the 2026 Masters live with our leaderboard updates.)

Last year marked the first time the Masters went a full weekend without rain impacting the tournament since 2019. And there’s great news for golf fans: The weather looks pristine for the 2026 edition.

Rain has avoided Augusta in general in recent weeks, and that’s a trend forecasters expect will continue throughout the 90th installment of golf’s most prestigious event. AccuWeather predicts temperatures to escalate throughout the week, starting with perfect weather in the mid-70s today before reaching the mid- to high 80s by the time the green jacket gets awarded Sunday.

Rory McIlroy, Scottie Scheffler and the rest of the field at Augusta National might have to deal with some wind, with gusts forecast close to 20 mph today, but rain should not factor into the equation through the weekend. Here’s hoping nothing changes on that front as Bryson DeChambeau, Ludvig Åberg or one of the 16 first-year pros vie for their first Masters title.
