Man killed in rollover crash identified

A Steuben County man was killed in a one-vehicle rollover crash over the weekend, according to New York State Police.

Troopers said that a pickup overturned on County Route 67 in Hornellsville on Friday and came to rest on its roof. The driver – Matthew J. Cady of Hornellsville – was alone and was pinned inside the truck, troopers said.

Cady, 32, was removed from the pickup by emergency responders and was taken to St. James Hospital in Hornell, where he was pronounced dead, according to State Police.

Troopers continue to investigate the crash.
