A new tenant is taking over the former Bill Gray’s space at 941 Hard Road in Webster.
The 6,500-square-foot building is being remodeled to accommodate United Buffet, an all-you-can-eat Asian buffet serving seafood, sushi and more, said Jonathan Gonzalez, president of Bill Gray’s.
A sign in front of the building says the business is “coming soon,” but Gonzalez could not provide a timeline.
We reached out to the restaurant owner but did not hear back immediately.
In August 2025, the Hard Road Bill Gray’s was replaced by a 15,000-square-foot Bill Gray’s Tap Room at 964 Ridge Road, the site of the old Hegedorns Market.
Hegedorns closed in June 2023 after 70 years. It was founded by Gonzalez’s grandfather, Bruce Hegedorn.
