PEORIA — WTVP-PBS announced the selection of its 40 Leaders Under Forty for the Class of 2025 Wednesday.
In its 32nd year, 40 Leaders Under Forty spotlights young leaders who have positively impacted central Illinois. A recognition committee comprised of WTVP board members and past 40 Leaders Under Forty recipients chose the class from a pool of over 100 applications.
“This year’s candidate pool was really impressive,” committee member Win Stoller said in a release. “We’re excited to be able to recognize and celebrate 40 young leaders who are doing big things in central Illinois and will continue to do more of the same in the years to come.”
WTVP will honor each recipient in an induction ceremony on March 12, 2026, at the Par-A-Dice Hotel in East Peoria. Tickets to the event will be available in early January.
