Dickens on the Square is returning to downtown Macomb for its 31st year Dec. 5-6.
The Victorian-style Christmas event will feature horse-drawn trolley rides, live reindeer, visits with Santa, living window displays, singing carolers and the Children’s Shopping Mall, according to a community announcement.
The festivities will begin at 6:17 p.m. Dec. 5 with Santa’s arrival aboard the Santa Zephyr Express.
“For more than three decades, Dickens on the Square has captured the heart of the Macomb community,” said Savannah Ballard, marketing and downtown development director. “We’re proud to continue this special celebration and invite everyone to experience the joy of the season in our historic downtown.”
Additional activities and information can be found on the City of Macomb Community Event Calendar.
