Median Home Prices in Some Columbus-Area Communities Jump 20 Percent or More Year Over Year

Several Central Ohio communities and school districts, especially in eastern Franklin and Delaware counties and Licking County, saw median home sales price growth topping 20 percent year over year in August, according to data from 2025 and 2024.

Since 2010, the median home price across the Central Ohio Multiple Listing Service territory has more than doubled, growing by 152 percent from $134,000 in 2010 to $338,000 in August 2025.
