Get ready to grab your Aldi Advent calendars before the popular holiday items sell out.
The 2025 bath of this season’s Advent calendars goes on sale Nov. 5. Loyal fans, and there are many, will likely be rushing to the grocery chain to snag a few.
“Ready to start the holiday countdown?” read Aldi’s website. “Mark your calendar and snag some Aldi Advent and holiday calendars along with your go-to groceries on November 5.”
This year’s lineup includes more than 30 options, including some favorites from last year, including its specially curated Winter Wonderland Advent calendars with cheese, wine or chocolate. Some of the new items this year are 12 Days of Beer, Winter Wonderland Moser Roth Chocolate Advent Calendar and Merry Moments 12 Days of Crafting.

Are Aldi Advent calendars available online?
Advent calendars are available for purchase in-store and online for delivery and curbside pickup. However, supplies are limited.
What is an Advent calendar?
Advent calendars are used to count down from Dec. 1 to Christmas. According to the Encyclopedia Britannica, the calendars have their roots in 19th Century Germany.
Unlike typical calendars, each day on Advent calendars features a small container holding a surprise. The earliest calendars typically had a small flap or door that could be opened each day to unveil a picture or bible verse.
But modern commercial Advent calendar tend to be more elaborate with boxes to hold treats.
Each day a new surprise is opened. By the time Christmas arrives, you end up with 25 different cheeses, coffees, mini puzzles, whatever your calendar was themed.
