The Los Angeles Lakers host the Portland Trail Blazers on Monday evening, and if you’re wondering how you can watch all the action live, you’ve come to the right place.
The Lakers improved to 2-1 on Sunday with a 127-120 win over the Sacramento Kings, despite being without LeBron James, Luka Doncic and Jaxson Hayes. Doncic was ruled out prior to the opening tip due to a finger sprain and leg contusion, and he will reportedly be re-evaluated in about a week, but Austin Reaves more than picked up the slack with a career-best effort.
He surpassed his previous career high of 45 points by erupting for 51 points on 12-of-22 field-goal shooting, 6-of-10 from 3-point range and an amazing 21-of-22 from the free throw line. Center Deandre Ayton also pulled his own wieght with 22 points and 15 rebounds.
Portland (1-2) just lost 114-107 to the Los Angeles Clippers on Sunday. While it will, in all likelihood, not reach the play-in tournament this season, it does have a couple of potent players, such as forward Jerami Grant, guard Shaedon Sharpe and veteran guard Jrue Holiday.
