Browns PFF Grades: Looking at the top rated offensive players in Week 5

The Cleveland Browns offense had a more productive day with their new starting quarterback, which showed in their Week 5 PFF grades.

Week 5 was Dillon Gabriel’s first career start for the Cleveland Browns, and he did a fine job considering it was his NFL debut on the road. He finished with a 63.0 overall PFF grade, which ranked ninth on the team’s offense. Left guard Joel Bitonio did a good job protecting him, earning a 79.9 overall PFF grade against the Vikings’ defensive line. Right tackle Jack Conklin also had a solid performance in his return from injury, posting a 67.5 overall grade. His real highlight stat was an 81.9 pass-blocking grade, something the Browns desperately need him to maintain.

Another player who continues to find his way into the Browns’ top-10 PFF list is rookie running back Quinshon Judkins. Along with an impressive box score, he also earned a 77.3 overall grade, the second highest for the Browns’ offense in Week 5. Tight end David Njoku was also a key playmaker in this matchup, finishing with a 76.9 overall grade. In addition to his 67 receiving yards and first touchdown of 2025, Njoku recorded an excellent 84.6 grade in pass plays. Overall, it was an improved performance for a Browns offense that still needs to grow, both on the field and in their PFF scores.
