Sing Out Loud and Live Wildly festival will affect St. Augustine streets and parking this week

As St. Augustine gears up for this weekend’s Sing Out Loud Live Wildly Showcase at downtown’s Francis Field, the following roads, city services, and facility operations will be impacted:

The Historic Downtown Parking Facility will remain closed from Thursday, Sept. 18 at 12 a.m. to Monday, Sept. 22 at 5 a.m. The Sing Out Loud Festival will use the facility as an emergency venue for public safety.

North Cordova Street from Orange Street to the entrance to the HDPF will also be closed. Access into the HDPF will be open via W. Castillo Drive until 7 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 19.

Road Closures

Parking and Shuttle Services:

Free parking and shuttle service will be provided to the Visitor Information Center from the following locations:

Broudy’s Lot, 198 & 212 W. King St., at U.S. 1 and King Street, Sept. 19 from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m., Sept. 20 from 8 a.m. to Sept. 21 at 1 a.m. and Sept. 21 from 8 a.m. to Sept. 22 at 1 a.m.

Colonial Community Church, 550 State Road 207, Sept. 20 from 11 a.m. to Sept. 21 at 1 a.m. and Sept 21 from 2 p.m. to Sept. 22 at 1 a.m.

St. Johns County Health Department, 200 San Sebastian View, Sept. 20, from 11 a.m. to Sept. 21 at 1 a.m. and Sunday, Sept. 21 from 11 a.m. to Sept. 22 at 1 a.m.

San Marco Lot, 301 San Marco Ave, Sept. 20 from 11 a.m. to Sept. 22 at 1 a.m. and Sept. 21 from 11 a.m. to Sept. 22 at 1 a.m.

The HDPF will be closed to the public. Vehicle access on north Cordova Street will be restricted.

Oversized Vehicle Parking

Oversized vehicles can park at the Broudy’s Lot at 198 W. King St. on the following dates:

Oversized vehicles will not be permitted at Broudy’s Lot on Sept. 20 and Sept. 21 to allow for passenger vehicle parking for shuttle service.

STAR Circulator

St. Augustine’s STAR Circulator will operate from 10 a.m. through midnight on Sept. 20 and Sept. 21. The STAR Circulator will resume its regular hours of operation on Sept. 22, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
