A 21-year-old Gulf Breeze motorcyclist died Sept. 10 after a vehicle pulled in front of him on Highway 98.
Florida Highway Patrol responded to Highway 98 at Twin Pine Boulevard where they found a driver had “entered the intersection into the path of” of the motorcycle that was attempting to turn onto the highway.
“As a result, the front of (motorcycle) collided with the left front of Vehicle 1,” an FHP report said.
The motorcyclist sustained fatal injuries in the crash. The 39-year-old driver and 13-year-old passenger of the second vehicle sustained serious injuries, according to FHP.
FHP did not disclose if any charges are pending.
