Motorcyclist killed in Brighton crash over Labor Day weekend

A motorcyclist was killed over the holiday weekend in a motorcycle crash in Brighton, according to police.

Brighton Police Chief David Catholdi confirmed the fatal crash, which occurred at noon on Sunday, Aug. 31 at East Henrietta and Crittenden roads. The motorcycle collided with a second vehicle. No other injuries were reported.

The name of the motorcyclist was not released. No charges were filed in connection with the deadly crash, Catholdi said.

Further details were not released. The crash remained under investigation.
