The New York Giants will kick off their 2025 season in less than a week when they take the field on the road against their division rival Washington Commanders.
As the Giants continue to prepare for their opener on Sunday, 13 of their players received new jersey numbers over the weekend.
The jersey number updates are as follows:
Following the Giants’ announcement of their 53-man roster last week, the team made a flurry of moves over the following few days. This, of course, meant the availability of jersey numbers fluctuated with the roster moves.
Before the weekend, the long-awaited announcement of Abdul Carter’s number selection was revealed by the Giants’ 2025 third overall pick, himself.
Beaux Collins will get the honor of wearing the same number Amani Toomer famously wore during his Giants career. Meanwhile, Gunner Olszewski will wear the same No. 80 that he wore last season, most famously worn by Giants legends Victor Cruz and Jeremy Shockey.
