Two vehicles were destroyed in a garage fire early on July 2, according to the Green Bay Metro Fire Department.
Crews were dispatched at 4:53 a.m. to a fire in a detached garage fire in the 600 block of Augusta Street. Upon arrival, firefighters found the garage engulfed in flames in an alley behind the reported address.
The fire was brought down within 20 minutes of the crew’s arrival, the fire department said.
The two vehicles that were in the garage were deemed a total loss, estimated at $80,000.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
