Multiple people were injured in a shooting that took place at South Bend’s Boland Park early Monday morning.
The St. Joseph County 911 Communications Center confirmed a call into dispatch regarding a shooting at Boland Park, located west of Bendix Drive across from the U.S. Army Reserve, just before 1 a.m. Monday, June 30. The dispatch center confirmed two people were injured.
The Tribune’s reporting partners at WNDU-TV said a man and a girl under the age of 18 walked into Memorial Hospital with gunshot wounds.
The South Bend Police Department continues to investigate this incident.
