Green Bay police: 43-year-old man shot, sustained life-threatening injuries; suspect fled

The Green Bay Police Department is investigating the shooting of a 43-year-old Green Bay man who sustained “potential life-threatening injuries.”

According to the department, officers were dispatched at 4:15 a.m. June 14 to the 900 block of Shea Avenue. When they arrived, they found the victim lying outside the residence with a gunshot wound.

The suspect, who reportedly fled on foot, is described as a Black male with dreads who was wearing all black. Witnesses claim that there was an argument prior to the shooting.

The shooting remains under investigation. Green Bay Police asks anyone with information on the crash to contact them at 920-448-3200 and reference case No. #25-227968.
