Rubio calls Pakistan PM Sharif, urges Islamabad and New Delhi to step back

ISLAMABAD (Reuters) – U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio called Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Thursday and stressed on the need for India and Pakistan to work closely to de-escalate their conflict, Sharif’s office said in a statement.
