Eileen Tesch talks about and questions the canceled November 27th, 2023 Port Huron City Council meeting. She also further talks about and questions the December 11th City Council Meeting which featured an undisclosed report presented by Chief Joseph Platzer. This was about the investigation into the tragic death of Josh Conant. This incident took place outside the Roche Bar, very close to the Wrigley Center in downtown Port Huron.
