When do the Packers play next? Here's a look at the Browns game Sunday; Injury update, time, TV, odds

The Green Bay Packers are playing their first road game Sept. 21, but that hasn’t lowered the confidence of oddsmakers after two impressive victories over the Detroit Lions and the Washington Commanders at Lambeau Field.

Facing the Cleveland Browns, who while 0-2 are atop the NFL defensive rankings in yards allowed, the Packers opened as 5½-point favorites, with the line has already moving to eight as of Tuesday afternoon, Sept. 16.

The Browns blew a chance to upset the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 1 when rookie kicker Andre Szmyt missed an extra point and a field goal in a 17-16 loss.

In Week 2, their offense looked awful under the direction of 40-year-old quarterback Joe Flacco in an ugly 41-17 loss to the Baltimore Ravens. Flacco threw two interceptions, was sacked three times and lost a fumble; while Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson threw for four touchdowns. Top Cleveland cornerback Denzel Ward played only 20 snaps due to leg cramps.

The Browns are minus-4 in takeaways through two games, which suggests this could be a breakout game for the Packers’ defense. Though the improved unit has looked dominant at times against two potent offenses, it has just one interception despite causing pressure on 41 of 91 dropbacks by the opposing quarterback.
