A news release from 41Fork said it will operate the food concepts Knockbox Coffee, Toro Tacos & Bowls and On Rye Deli in the River Center until Aug. 15. Vault, a cocktail and raw seafood bar that overlooks the Milwaukee River, will remain open until Aug. 30.

A communications representative for Marcus said the company will take over food and beverage opertaions starting Sept. 1. Marcus will operate similar concepts, including hot and cold food options, a coffee counter and a terrace bar. It plans to reopen the River Center Market and Vault spaces at the end of September after rebranding, installing new equipment and obtaining licenses.

New Milwaukee event spaces from 41Fork

41Fork owner Kaelyn Cervero said in the news release that the transition comes as she shifts focus to a newly acquired event space in the Third Ward and another event space that is in the works.

In June, Cervero opened Pearl and Cade in the former Plant No. 4 space, 219 N. Milwaukee St., which closed abruptly earlier this year.

In spring of 2026, she plans to open Brixton’s Turn, a historically inspired event venue in a 1917 Cream City brick stable at 339 E. Stewart St.

41Fork Hospitality is the parent company for Noble Catering and NEAT beverages. The news release said 41Fork is exploring pop-up opportunities to bring back food and drink favorites from the River Center Market and Vault.

On Aug. 15, 41Fork will celebrate its time in the Associated Bank building with a special farewell event at Vault where a portion of proceeds will go to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
