Congratulations to the planners of streets and highways!
It is virtually impossible to get to the Mitchell Park Domes from the west, south or north. Every week one more ramp gets shut down from the freeway and two more side streets get torn apart so that no cross or through traffic can actually maneuver … anywhere.
At the first turn “left,” which is no longer a legal turn, there were four management people all looking at a map. I gave up once I was forced four blocks away with no way to return. I finally got back to the intersection I started with — same four clean management people there all staring at a map. It appeared that even they could not get out of the neighborhood.
What computer figured out how to block all the main intersections at once? Better, why doesn’t anyone actually want us to get anywhere, any time, ever?
