Check out Central Wisconsin's top HS performers from April 27- May 4

It’s time to take a look at the top spring sports performances over the past week for high school athletes around the area.  

Find out which performances stood out as the strongest outings from performances across baseball, softball, and boys and girls track and field.

Here is a look at the top high school performances around the Central Wisconsin area from April 27- May 4.

Baseball

Brennen Welch,  Aburndale: Welch notched four hits, including one run and three RBI,in a 14-4 win over Chequamegon.

​Treve Stoffel, Mosinee: Stoffel collected three hits, three runs, and two RBI 2 in a 11-1 win over Medford. 

​Brett Olds, Wisconsin Rapids: Olds pitched five innings, yielding only two hits and zero earned runs while striking out four in a 17-0 victory over Wausau West:

​Gage Honeyager, Wisconsin Rapids: Honeyager pitched six innings, yielding only two hits and one earned run while striking out 12 in a 3-1 victory over Wausau West.

​Josh Lundgreen, Auburndale: Lundgreen notched a game-high of three hits and three RBI in a 13-6 loss to Assumption on Tuesday, April 28. 

​Kaleb Cracraft, Athens: Cracraft pitched five innings, yielding zero earned runs while striking out 10 in a 2-0 victory over Abbotsford/Colby. 

​Christian Rehm, Stratford: Rehm snagged a game-high of three hits, including a double and two RBI in a 5-0 win over Marathon. 

​Drew Gage, Stratford: Gage went the distance yielding two hits and zero earned runs, while striking out 10 in a 5-0 win over Marathon.

​Aiden Laurila, Mosinee: Laurila collected three hits and three runs, including a double, in a 15-3 win over Lakeland. 

​Tyler Kumm, Marshfield: Kumm tallied three hits, two runs , including a double, and five RBI in an 18-1 win over Wausau East. 

​Softball

Mya Dernbach, Almond-Bancroft: Dernbach collected four hits, three RBI, and two runs in a 10-5 win over Wittenberg-Birnamwood.

​Molly Fox, Marshfield: Fox pitched six innings, yielding zero earned runs while striking out 11 in a 10-0 win over Wausau East on Thursday, April 30. 

​Annie Kolodziej, Edgar: Kolodziej pitched five innings yielding four hits, zero earned runs while striking out six. 

​Liv Lucas, Loyal/Greenwood: Lucas tallied three hits and three runs in a 16-6 win over Gilman.

​Ava Hartl, Medford: Hartl collected three hits and five runs, including a double and a triple, in a 11-0 win over Rhinelander on Tuesday, April 28.​

Rylee Hraby, Medford: Hraby finished at six innings pitched, yielding zero hits and earned runs while striking out 15 in a 11-0 win over Rhinelander. 

​Pacyn Stoffel, Mosinee: Stoffel doubled and hit a home run in a 10-0 win over Lakeland on Tuesday, April 28. 

​Taelyn Jirschele, Mosinee: Jirschele hit a home run in Mosinee’s 10-0 victory over Lakeland on Tuesday, April 28. 

​Sami Kaminski, Rosholt: Kaminski sent away two home runs and drove in five runs to help Rosholt beat Tri-County 21-6 on Thursday, April 30. 

​Brieleigh Ladika, Wittenberg-Birnamwood: Ladika belted two home runs and drove in seven in a 19-0 win over Weyauwega-Fremont on Monday, April 27. 

​Jayda Moenke, Wittenberg-Birnamwood: Moenke collected four hits, including a triple, and drove in six runs in an 18-1 win over Amherst on Thursday, April 30. 

​Boys track and field

Chase Boller, Abbotsford: Boller placed first in the high jump event at the Bloomer Invitational on Thursday, April 30.

​Carter Cihlar, Abbotsford: Cihlar took first in the pole vault event at the Bloomer Invitational on Thursday, April 30.

​Fred Tylinski, Marathon: Tylinski finished first in the 100-meter race at the Sawmill Invitational on Tuesday, April 28.

​Parker Schmitt, Wausau East: Schmitt won the 200-meter race at the Sawmill Invitational on Tuesday, April 28.

​Zander Zawislan, Stratford: Zawislan placed first in the 400-meter race at the Sawmill Invitational on Tuesday, April 28.

​Brady Annis, Marathon: Annis won the 800-meter race at the Sawmill Invitational on Tuesday, April 28.

​Jayden Defoe, Stratford: Defoe placed first in the 1,600-meter race at the Sawmill Invitational on Tuesday, April 28.

​Chris Marcell, Marathon: Marcell snatched first in the shot put and discus events at the Sawmill Invitational on Tuesday, April 28.

​Omar Ingram, Mosinee: Ingram took first in the high jump event at the Sawmill Invitational on Tuesday, April 28.

​Alec Miller, Marathon: Miller finished first in the pole vault event at the Sawmill Invitational on Tuesday, April 28.

​Kayden Meverden, Wausau East: Meverden placed first in the long jump event at the Sawmill Invitational on Tuesday, April 28.

​Connor Kreft, Stratford: Kreft won the triple jump event at the Sawmill Invitational on Tuesday, April 28.

​Aiden Bowen, Iola-Scandinavia: Bowen placed first in the 100-meter and 200-meter races and also the long jump event at the Amherst HS Invitational on Tuesday, April 28. 

​Jensen Rice, Iola-Scandinavia: Rice took first in the 400-meter race at the Amherst HS Invitational on Tuesday, April 28. 

​Deqlund Waltenberg, Amherst: Waltenberg finished first in the 800-meter race at the Amherst HS Invitational on Tuesday, April 28.

​Erik Gunther, Amherst: Gunther notched first in the 1,600-meter race at the Amherst HS Invitational on Tuesday, April 28.

​Ben Beck, Iola-Scandinavia: Beck placed first in the 3,200-meter race at the Amherst HS Invitational on Tuesday, April 28.

​Orion Eschenbauch, Amherst: Eschenbauch won the shot put and discus throws at the Amherst HS Invitational on Tuesday, April 28.
